Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Love of Learning Publishing.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was before shipping, and it must have our sales receipt included with it.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you through PayPal.  Shipping costs in most cases are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.  We may, at our discretion, pay the standard shipping costs for defective products (such as books with misprinted pages).
