SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service Media Mail.

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

Since we use a local press and print on demand, printing may take anywhere from a few days to four weeks, depending on the time of year.  It takes longer around holidays and before academic terms.  We will keep you updated on the fulfillment time via e-mail. 

DELIVERY TIME

USPS Media Mail can take between two and ten business days to deliver.  We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Love of Learning Publishing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order during or after shipment. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Love of Learning Publishing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
